Data export functionality

Data can be exported in the comma delimited (CSV) format. Any user can log in and download a dataset created for the organisation that they are affiliated with. When they do so, their web browser sends them a CSV file that can be saved to disk or opened in a spreadsheet application.

The CSV file is structured as follows. Row 1 contains the headings for the various columns. The remaining rows describe each of the example transactions in the dataset, with one row per transaction. Each of these transaction rows begins with the unique transaction name followed by the unique transaction identifier. Thereafter, the row contains the value for that transaction of each of the risk factors defined in the dataset. The risk factors are presented in the same order for each transaction so all values for the one risk factor occur in the same column. The final entry in each transaction row is the risk assessment (subjectively determined probability of default) for the transaction.
